The Vortex Viper HD 10x50 Binoculars have been revamped with several important improvements that all nature observationalists can appreciate. For starters, the field of view has been widened from 278' at 1000 yards to 346', a huge difference that provides much larger picture. An 8' close focus feature brings you closer to nearby action than the previous 10x50 model which had an 8.2' close focus. An improved Premium HD lens system gives better brightness, contrast and sharpness than the previous Viper HD. Vortex kept their XR anti-reflective coating for excellent light transmission and their ArmorTek coating to protect the lens surfaces from scratches, oil and debris.
