The RCBS Collet Bullet Puller is designed so the reloader can easily pull jacketed bullets from brass cases without damaging either.
The puller utilizes standard 7/8-14 threads so it will work with almost any single stage reloading press.
Just get the die set-up in the press with the appropriate calibre collet (sold separately), place the cartridge with the bullet to be removed in the press, lift up the ram, tighten the collet, lower the ram and the bullet is pulled out.
No more hammering away with inertia bullet pullers to break down ammunition.

Looking for a non-kinetic bullet puller, the ready choices were the RCBS bullet puller and the Hornady cam-lock bullet puller. After seeking some advice and reading/watching reviews of the two, I chose the RCBS model for it and its collets' robustness over the Hornady offering. The only downside of the RCBS bullet puller is that the effort is a little more involved to remove the seated bullet, that is you have to manually screw the collet sleeve down over the bullet before extraction rather than simply toggling a cam lever with the Hornady version. That said it is very easy to get used to and your removal speeds will pick up noticeably with a little practice. In summary it's a well-made, effective and robust necessity for reloaders. And streets ahead of the kinetic hammer-type pullers when you have more than just a couple of rounds to dismantle. Thankyou!
